Instructions:
  1. Add the powdered cayenne pepper and ginger into the olive oil. 
  2. Warm up the oil first. 
  3. You can also choose to add the ingredients into the cider vinegar. 
  4. Following this, stir it to make a paste out of the ingredients.
How To Use?
Apply this paste on your painful areas and keep it there for twenty minutes. Do this twice every day.

Cayenne pepper contains a large amount of the element called capsaicin, which happens to be a pain reliever. The warm sensation which is caused upon application is due to the fact that it is a natural and powerful analgesic. This warm sensation will assist in soothing any pain and discomfort.
