Fight with Ingrown Toenail Naturally

Ingrown toenails are no fun. Did you know that you could use essential oils to possibly help support the immune system and help relieve discomfort of ingrown toenails?
Just by trimming the hurting nail is not only a solution. Sometimes it makes toe look like: red, inflamed, tender to the touch. Whereas, many times it turn to worse as well that it won’t allow you to wear closed-toe shoes and it even kept you from having a good sleep due to pain.

So, here I am with some Essential Oils and how to use it to relieve the pain and stop the ingrowth of toenail.



Step 1: Tea Tree Oil for Ingrown Toenail
Soak your feet in warm water with 1 cup of Epsom salt and 5 drops of tea tree oil (the essential oil is called Melaleuca Alternifolia) for about 20-30 minutes. It will help you in relieving the pain.

Step 2: Thieves Essential Oil to Relieve Infection
Just put 1-2 drops of undiluted Thieves Essential Oil over the affected area. It not only fights with infection over that area but also supports your immune system.

Put one drop of Frankincense essential oil over the infected area by using a cotton ball. Frankincense Essential Oil helped ingrown toenail and it solved the issue faster. Frankincense has been known for helping relax muscles, and support the immune system as well.
