1. Ginger Tea

Needed Ingredients:
2cups of water
1 teaspoon of honey
1 teaspoon of peppercorn
6 pieces of ginger


Directions:
Boil the water and then add the ginger and the peppercorn. Let the mixture boil and once it starts boiling, cover it and let it stand for 1 minute.
Set the heat to medium and let it simmer for 5 more minutes. Then, remove it from the heat and add honey. It is recommended to consume 2 cups a day.

2 tablespoons of lemon juice
1 tablespoon of honey

Needed Ingredients:
4 cups of boiling water
A large towel
1 teaspoon of dried rosemary
Half a teaspoon of thyme


Directions:

Put the herbs in the boiling water. Bend over the steam and cover your head with a towel. Inhale the steam for 5-10 minutes. Repeat this procedure a few times a day.
