It’s High Time to Realize that You are Eating Too Much Sugar

Sugar is one of the most addictive substances we all consume more than we should. Avoiding sugar is almost impossible – it is present in almost any type of food we eat, including fresh fruits as well.

Which is why you need to recognize these signs that you are overloaded with sugar.




1. FATIGUE AND LACK OF ENERGY
Feeling out of energy and tired is definitely a sign of too much sugar in your body. Sugar may increase your energy levels for a short time, but it will make you crash down to earth later.


2. FREQUENT INFECTIONS, FLU AND COLDS
Consuming too much sugar weaken the immune system and make you more prone to infections such as colds and the flu. But can be resolved by lowering your sugar intake.


3. BRAIN FOG AFTER MEALS
Brain fog is one of the most common sugar overload symptoms. High sugar consumption may raise your blood sugar levels instantly, but they will drop down shortly after, resulting in brain fog and other cognitive problems.

Weight gain is the worst aesthetical sugar overload problem. By consuming too much sugar, the body releases great amount of insulin which will almost surely result in diabetes and weight gain. This will raise the risk of obesity and other cardiovascular problems as well.


6. NOTHING TASTES AS SWEET AS BEFORE
Our taste buds get used to a certain sugar level, so you may crave sweet food more often than before if you’re consuming high levels of sugar.
By lowering your sugar intake, the level of sugar tolerance will go down as well and you will be satisfied with smaller and smaller sugar amounts. Over time, you will be able to easily detect what foods are too sweet for you.


7. SKIN AND FEET PROBLEMS AND DARK CIRCLES UNDER THE EYES
Sugar is an inflammatory substance that can cause skin problems such as rosacea, acne, eczema, etc. By lowering and controlling the sugar intake, these problems can be defeated and make your skin softer and cleaner.
