Benefits of Drinking Water

As we all need water for our good health. Drinking water is very beneficial as it excretes all the toxic and chemicals from our body. But drinking water at the correct time is very important for a healthy body and maximizes its effectiveness on the human body.

So, here I am with the benefits of water at the correct time.




1. Drink 3-4 Glass of Water after Waking up.

2. Drink 1 Glass of Water before Eating Food, as it helps in proper digestion.

3. Drink 1 Glass of Water about an hour after the meal. Don’t drink water during your meal.

4. Drink 1 Glass of Water before taking the Bath, as it helps in Lower Blood Pressure.

5. Drink 1 Glass of Water before going to Bed, as it reduce the chances of Stroke and Heart Attack.
