Stress Relieving Drink
In such a hectic schedule we all experience Stress. Stress can hamper not only your Physical Health but also your Mental Health, if stress continues for a longer period.
I am here to help you out and release your stress with just a simple healthy drink:
Ingredients:
- Green Apple 2,
- A bunch of Spinach,
- Cucumber ½,
- Celery 1 stick,
- Lemon ¼,
- Ginger Root 1/2 inch.
Method of Preparation:
- Remove the peel of Apple and dice it.
- Clean the leaves of Spinach, and cut in 2-3 big pieces.
- Dice the cucumber after removing its skin.
- Take ½ inch of ginger and take off its outer layer.
- Put all these ingredients into the Juicer, and add about ¼ of Lemon juice.
- Blend it properly, and strain the juice in a glass .
