Stress Relieving Drink

In such a hectic schedule we all experience Stress. Stress can hamper not only your Physical Health but also your Mental Health, if stress continues for a longer period.


I am here to help you out and release your stress with just a simple healthy drink:


Ingredients:
  1. Green Apple 2,
  2. A bunch of Spinach,
  3. Cucumber ½,
  4. Celery 1 stick,
  5. Lemon ¼,
  6. Ginger Root 1/2 inch.



Method of Preparation:
  1. Remove the peel of Apple and dice it.
  2. Clean the leaves of Spinach, and cut in 2-3 big pieces.
  3. Dice the cucumber after removing its skin.
  4. Take ½ inch of ginger and take off its outer layer.
  5. Put all these ingredients into the Juicer, and add about ¼ of Lemon juice.
  6. Blend it properly, and strain the juice in a glass .
